Welcome! Latest news & information from each grade level

The Student Council Association at Walton Elementary is an informative club made of students FOR students! The S.C.A. is composed of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade officers and representatives of all classes in 2nd-5th grades. The club meets monthly and informs the rest of the school of things that will happen in the near future. The main responsibilities of the Student Council is to promote school spirit, welcome new students, raise funds, and present model behavior for other students to emulate! School spirit is promoted through spirit days like "Green and Gold Day" in March and "PJ Day" in January. Each student is presented with a welcome note written by an S.C.A. member when they register at Walton. Funds are raised through "Boo Grams" sold at Halloween. Members sell school supplies at the "General Store". Student Council Members are expected to follow school rules and consistently present positive attitudes and behavior.
